We need to transform our justice system from adversarial into inquisitorial. But it should be a gradual process with a corruption-free judiciary and per-trail investigation process. No Judges, Arbitrators, Mediators, and of course, Lawyers or any law officials or clerks should take any money from justice-seekers without any printed and prescribed documents.
